In the Mechanical Processing Center (MPC) - our mechanical processing centre - we manufacture precise individual parts and small series according to drawings or samples. Whether spare parts, prototypes or series preparation: we work flexibly in terms of materials, also undertake reverse engineering and develop practical customised solutions together with you. Especially when time is of the essence or original parts are no longer available, you benefit from short distances and a high level of vertical integration on site.
We test, maintain and repair industrial valves - regardless of manufacturer, in accordance with standards and documented. Our service includes butterfly valves, ball valves, non-return valves, safety valves and more. All tests are carried out in accordance with current standards, with TÜV support if required. The result: maximum functional reliability, longer service life and reduced downtimes.
With over 25 years of experience in professional roll grinding, we process rolls of all types - precisely, reproducibly and designed for maximum performance in operation. Our service includes paper, plastic and industrial rollers as well as all types of roller coverings.
